Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 August 2026
Imperium PM is built so that your project data belongs to you and stays with you.
What we collect
We never collect your project data. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no server operated by us. We cannot see your projects, your tasks, your calendar, or anything else you plan in the app.
Two optional things involve Apple, never us:
Signing in is optional. You can use Imperium PM without an account, permanently and with nothing withheld. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple gives the app an identifier for your account, and you decide whether to share your real email address or let Apple hide it behind a relay address. We use that only to know it is you.
Purchases go through Apple. If you buy Pro or the lifetime unlock, Apple processes the payment and tells the app what you own. We never see your card, and we never receive your billing details.
Where your data lives
Your projects are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, the app syncs your projects through Apple's CloudKit into your own private iCloud database, protected by your Apple ID. That database is yours: we have no ability to read it. iCloud sync is optional; the app works fully offline.
Calendar access
Imperium PM asks for calendar access only when you choose to review calendar changes. Your calendar data is read on your device to plan around your existing commitments, and the app writes to your calendar only when you approve each individual change on the review screen. Calendar contents are never transmitted to us, because nothing is.
What stays on your device
Presentation preferences, such as which advanced tools you use often, are stored locally as anonymous counters containing no project content. The app keeps an audit history of changes to your own projects, for you; it syncs with your projects through your private iCloud database and is visible only to you.
Deleting your data
Delete a project in the app to remove it, including from your private iCloud database. Deleting the app removes local data; iCloud data can be managed in your device's iCloud settings.
Children
Imperium PM does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what happens to your data, this policy will change first, with the effective date updated, and material changes will be described in the App Store release notes for that version.
